Clear communication starts with presence. In every conversation, on every stage and within every organisation, it’s about truly listening, understanding each other and creating real connection.
As a moderator, speaker and coach, I create space for meaningful dialogue and shared clarity. I bring people, perspectives and languages together, so stories are not only heard – but genuinely understood.
With a strong focus on preparation, I help shape programmes, select speakers and create balanced panels. I prepare participants personally, so everyone steps in with confidence and impact.
Fluent in Dutch, German and English, I bring structure, energy and interaction. I create an atmosphere where all voices matter and ideas come alive – making your conference, keynote or meeting not just well-designed, but truly connecting and inspiring.

About Franzis
Under the name First Franzis, I bring people, languages and perspectives together. Born in Germany and rooted in the Netherlands, I’ve spent my life between worlds – a space where listening, understanding and connecting come naturally.
With a background in communication, education and intercultural collaboration, I work as a moderator, speaker and coach across international settings. What drives me are the conversations that create movement – that give direction while leaving space for difference.
I believe good communication begins with attention and leads to understanding.
That’s why I create moments of clarity, trust and human connection – on stage, within teams and in dialogue.
