It was a great day with the highlight being Franzis’ lecture called “Lampenfieber & Kopfkino”. The students from Noorderpoort, International Business department were immersed in how and why German is important, especially in the border region. Franzis, with her friendly and clear approach, made the young people aware that all fears can be dispelled and you can just try to speak German and reap the benefits in your professional life. As a moderator, speaker and coach in the Dutch-German border region, I help organisations, teams and professionals truly understand each other – beyond language, culture or structure.
With First Franzis, I guide conferences, dialogue processes and cross-border collaborations with calm, clarity and a strong sense of empathy. My background in communication, project management and education is rooted in years of experience in international and intercultural contexts – including the Interreg Germany–Netherlands programme.
Born in Germany, shaped in the Netherlands, I move naturally between languages, interests and perspectives. Fluent in German, Dutch and English, I facilitate smooth interaction and genuine connection – where people, organisations and ideas meet.
